Return & Refund Policy Last Updated: 4/13/2026 Showers4Less.com is operated by Aging Safely Baths. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are subject to the strict return and refund terms outlined below. --- NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM OR MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS All custom-made, modified, or made-to-order products are FINAL SALE. This includes, but is not limited to: - Walk-in tubs with jetting or configuration selections - Custom-sized or configured roll-in showers - Any product modified, assembled, or produced specifically for your order NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. --- LIMITED RETURNS (NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS ONLY) Returns may be considered only at the sole discretion of Showers4Less / Aging Safely Baths and must meet ALL of the following conditions: - A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be requested and approved - Requests must be made within 5 business days of delivery - Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging - Product must be in new, resellable condition Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in automatic denial of the return request. --- RESTOCKING FEES & COSTS Approved returns are subject to the following: - Minimum 40% restocking fee - All original shipping, delivery, and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - Customer is responsible for return shipping costs - Additional fees may apply if product condition is not acceptable upon return Refunds (if approved) will be issued only after inspection of the returned product. --- DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS All products must be inspected immediately upon delivery. - You must report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery - If damage is visible at delivery, you must refuse the shipment - Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the product Claims submitted outside this window will be denied. --- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS Showers4Less / Aging Safely Baths does NOT provide warranties on products. All manufacturer defects must be handled directly with the product manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policies. We are a distributor only and are not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims. --- NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: - Custom or made-to-order products - Installed or used products - Products not in original condition - Shipping, delivery, and handling fees - Labor, installation, or service-related costs --- CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
