This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased from Showers4Less.com, operated by Aging Safely Baths. By placing an order, requesting shipment, or accepting delivery, you agree to this Shipping Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the United States, including all 50 states, and to Canada.
Shipping availability may vary by product, supplier, destination, delivery method, and site access conditions. Certain products, delivery methods, or destinations may require custom freight arrangements, additional charges, or may not be available in all areas.
Shipping Charges
Some products include shipping when the product listing, quote, invoice, or written order confirmation expressly states that shipping is included. If shipping is not expressly listed as included, additional shipping, freight, handling, palletizing, liftgate, residential delivery, remote-area, appointment delivery, limited-access, border, brokerage, or other related charges may apply.
Shipping and freight charges are subject to change without notice prior to final order acceptance or shipment. Freight costs may increase due to fuel prices, carrier surcharges, access restrictions, route changes, destination requirements, dimensional weight, supplier pricing changes, or other market conditions.
If additional shipping charges apply after an order is submitted but before shipment is completed, we reserve the right to contact you for approval of the updated charges, revise the shipping amount, delay shipment until charges are resolved, or cancel the order.
Processing and Shipping Times
Estimated shipping, production, and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Many products are specialty, freight, supplier-direct, made-to-order, or dependent on manufacturer production schedules.
Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, production delays, weather, freight carrier issues, customs processing, labor shortages, route scheduling, holiday volume, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for shipping delays, delivery delays, or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Method and Access
Unless otherwise stated in writing, large products are generally delivered by freight carrier. Freight delivery is typically curbside, driveway, loading area, or first accessible exterior point delivery only. In-home delivery, placement inside the residence, unpacking, debris removal, stair carries, white-glove service, or installation are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for the carrier and appropriate for the size and weight of the shipment. If the carrier cannot safely complete delivery due to access issues, road conditions, gate restrictions, stairs, weather, vehicle limitations, HOA rules, rural access, or other site conditions, additional fees, storage charges, redelivery fees, or return freight charges may apply.
You are responsible for having adequate labor, equipment, or contractor assistance available to receive and move large or heavy products after delivery unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
Inspection at Delivery
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. You must carefully inspect the packaging and product for visible damage, concealed damage, shortages, or incorrect items.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, you should refuse the shipment or clearly note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. If concealed damage, shortages, or shipping discrepancies are discovered after delivery, you must notify us in writing within two (2) calendar days of receipt.
Failure to inspect and report shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim and will be deemed acceptance of the shipment.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided on your order, or when possession is tendered by the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Once delivered or tendered, you are responsible for the product, including storage, protection, handling, and any loss or damage.
Canada Orders
We ship to Canada; however, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, inspections, clearance costs, currency-related costs, or other charges associated with cross-border delivery.
Cross-border shipments may be delayed by customs processing, carrier routing, documentation review, or government procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, border agencies, or third-party carriers.
Remote, Special, and Additional Delivery Charges
Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian destinations, remote or rural areas, islands, mountain locations, limited-access properties, construction sites, military bases, appointment-required deliveries, liftgate service, inside delivery requests, redelivery attempts, storage, reconsignment, address corrections, and missed delivery appointments.
We reserve the right to invoice these charges separately, request payment before shipment or delivery, or cancel the order if shipping becomes commercially unreasonable or unavailable.
Non-Refundable Shipping Charges
Shipping, freight, handling, palletizing, delivery, customs, brokerage, and related charges are non-refundable once incurred. If an order is returned, refused, redirected, undeliverable, or canceled after shipment, you may remain responsible for outbound freight, return freight, storage charges, carrier fees, and any applicable restocking fees under our Return Policy and Terms of Service.
Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Failures
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and delivery contact information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery coordination, inability to contact you, refusal of shipment, or missed appointments.
No Guaranteed Delivery Dates
We do not guarantee delivery on any specific date unless expressly stated in a separate signed writing. Any shipping estimate, transit estimate, or expected arrival date is approximate only and should not be relied upon as a guaranteed deadline for construction schedules, contractor scheduling, installation appointments, travel, or other project commitments.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on this website as of the date of your order will generally apply unless otherwise required by law.
